Buying art online doesn’t need to be a daunting process, it is our mission to ensure your transaction is seamless as possible and ensure your peace of mind as you prepare for the arrival of your new piece. Any return requests are personally reviewed by Tim Campbell.
7 Day Money Back Guarantee
From the date of arrival of your new artwork you have 7 days to decide whether you are fully satisfied with your purchase and if not, submit a return request and exchange your artwork for a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping.
If you wish to return your artwork you will be required to lodge your request through the following form for approval.
*You will be required to pay for the cost of return shipping and packaging.
*To be eligible for a full refund your artwork must be returned in its’ original undamaged condition accompanied by a series of photographs clearly detailing the undamaged condition of the artwork prior to return shipping (smartphone photographs are accepted).
*Returned artwork that is damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging will not be eligible for a full refund and will be returned to you at your expense.
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork appears damaged upon receival you have 7 days to lodge a return request and exchange your artwork for a replacement or repaired piece.
To exchange artwork that is damaged you will be required to lodge a request through the following form for approval.
*You will be required to pay for the cost of return shipping and packaging.
*To be eligible for a replacement you must submit a series of photographs clearly detailing the damage in question prior to return shipping (smartphone photographs are accepted).
*Returned artwork that is further damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging will incur a repair cost before a replacement is issued.
